Today Shaykh Muhammad Effendi spoke about the students who are learning bad manners in the schools. The murids must learn Adab / the best manners in Tariqa. He said, Allah Almighty created many nations and granted each one a different character. Some of these characteristics are negative, such as greed, envy, and anger. The Masters of the Golden Chain train their followers in order to remove their bad habits and negative characteristics, especially pride. The murid must keep constant watch on his ego's selfish demands and never surrender to them. Otherwise, even if he has spent his whole life with the Shaykh, they can destroy him. Shaykh Muhammad Effendi mentioned one tradition that makes learning good manners more possible. "يسِّروا ولا تعسِّروا بشِّروا ولا تنفِّروا". Deal with everyone with easiness and give good tidings instead of spreading negativity among the murids.
