People today have been not been taught and they have been fooled. They use an x-ray machine to look for illness but they need a mirror to look at their real nature. Mawlana tells the story of the 2 men who convinced the king that they could weave a cloth so fine that only the very clever could see it. So the king rode out on his horse all naked and neither he nor any of his people dared to admit they were not clever enough to see his non-existent clothes.

People of today are proud and arrogant. They get their worthless titles from the world. They wear a tie that the Christians invented and think they gain honour. They are all like Uj ibn Unuq, the giant who could never get enough to eat; they are greedy for this world and never full. This is the attribute of Hell. The world which Allah made 'wasi'atun" (wide) they find too small to share. Worship Allah and the earth is enough for all.

Man can have either the quality of dogs to fight over a bone, or the quality of sheep to peacefully eat. Sheep are clean and you can say the Basmala for them but dogs and pigs are not. Man can be 'Extremely Unjust and Extremely Ignorant (33:72)", when he cannot distinguish between good and evil, between gold and a rock. He must be taught. The Prophets came to teach. But today man wants to learn only about killing and burning. He does not want to learn about what is possible with his humanity. Be Rabbani, Lordly, and all things will be possible.

The throne of Balqis was shaken by the Basmala in the letter of Sulayman. O people, instead of marching in the streets with signs, stand in front of the mosques and say Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim and nothing can touch you. The armies of Heavens and Earth belong to Allah. You are the Jundullah, the warriors of Allah, your banner is the Basmala. Have no fear.

People today are unadjusted, without regulation. They try to regulate themselves and leave the Divine measure that was sent to them. إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَيَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ ۚ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ "تَذَكَّرُونَ - InnaLlaha ya’muru bi-l’adli wa-l ihsani wa ita’i dhi-l qurba wa yanha ‘ani-l fahsha’i wa-l munkari wa-l baghii ya’idhakum la’alakum tadhakkarun (16:90)". They forget that, "إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ تَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ ۗ وَلَذِكْرُ اللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ - Indeed, Allah prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows that which you do.(29:45)". Then their punishment will be, " قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَىٰ أَن يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ أَوْ مِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ أَوْ يَلْبِسَكُمْ شِيَعًا وَيُذِيقَ بَعْضَكُم بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ ۗ - He is able to send punishment upon you from above you or from beneath your feet, or to confuse you [so you become] sects and make you taste the violence of one another. " And therefore all the fighting in the world especially among Muslims!

Nur & Nar: Light & Fire

There was a fire that started in the forest on the Greek side of the island of Cyprus and, due to strong wind, it crossed the border at the village of Yesilirmak. It was was increasing in intensity as it advanced. After 7 hours of trying to control the fire they achieved nothing. It was already midnight and the people in the wake of the fire were scared and helpless. The helicopters cannot function as efficiently at night and every hour the wind rose and the fire continued to advance and spread. Finally, the people sent to ask for Mawlana's help.
