Who Is the Strong One?

The strong one is the one who controls his anger, says our Prophet ﷺ. The real strong ones look at everybody with mercy. Anger comes from ego and harms people. If it controls you, you will be defeated, but if you control your anger, you will be raised. When you hear something that makes you angry, you should repent immediately so that you don't do something you regret. If there is something wrong, you can change it into something good. But if you rush, and get angry you will regret it.
