One of the most beautiful deeds is to put happiness in the heart of a believer. The Prophet ﷺ taught us to spread salām and meet people with a smile and a cheerful face. Giving salām is sunnah, and replying to salām is farḍ. Those who do not reply will answer for it before Allāh ﷻ. Do not meet others with an angry face, but follow the beautiful adab of Islām and ṭarīqah.
